Passionate about all things wellbeing, I am more than just a health coach and wellness therapist - I am here to help you navigate this crazy, beautiful thing called life with clarity, balance, and purpose. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, lecturing, and holistic therapies, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to my practice.

Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming, throwing challenges our way when we least expect them. I understand how hard it can feel to juggle the demands of daily life while trying to prioritise your health and wellbeing. My areas of expertise are stress resilience, energy optimisation, nutrition, and family health which are designed to help you feel supported, empowered, and ready to tackle life’s ups and downs with renewed vitality.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, from specialist roles in Children’s Hospitals in the U.K. and New Zealand to inspiring future nurses as a university lecturer. In 2018, I launched my holistic therapy practice, creating a nurturing space for clients to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves amidst the chaos of life.

I often talk about honouring your emotions and listening to your body.

Right now, I’m taking that advice for myself.

The most incredible gift of a Man, so much light, love and laughter is now at peace.

My beautiful soul of a Father will forever be treasured in my heart.

He was such a gift and brought joy to all who he met, his courage, his compassion and unwavering love - I feel so proud and honoured to have had his nurturing guiding hand throughout my life and I will be forever thankful.

I’ll be taking a pause from work and socials whilst I heal and take time to breathe, reflect and navigate a new chapter ❤️‍🩹
