Hey, I’m Becci - Health Coach, Wellness Therapist, and Consultant helping you skyrocket your energy, build real resilience to stress, and finally break up with emotional eating for good.
What makes my approach different is how deeply I see you not just what you’re struggling with, but what’s underneath it. My work is shaped by over 20 years in nursing, education, and holistic health, and it’s grounded in something even more powerful: lived experience. I’ve been where you are, burnt out, stretched thin, disconnected from myself and I know what it takes to truly heal.
I don’t do quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. I offer real, lasting change with compassion, clarity, and tools that meet you where you are. We don’t just work on your habits we shift what’s holding you back, so you can feel energised, empowered, and fully yourself again.

I ate when I was tired.
I ate when I was stressed.
I ate to fill an emptiness that had nothing to do with hunger.
That’s emotional eating, using food to soothe, distract, or cope with feelings rather than to satisfy physical hunger.
And I wasn’t alone.
Over 1 in 2 of us have a complicated relationship with food.
For me, understanding emotional eating was the starting point of my journey into deeper healing.
It led me to:
💡 Hear what my body was actually asking for
💡 Untangle stress, exhaustion, and self-judgement from my plate
💡 Rebuild trust in myself, bite by bite, choice by choice
That’s when things began to shift. My relationship with food softened. And the ripple carried into every other part of my health.
